Mission Statement |
| "...to promote the love of reading and foster the pursuit of knowledge by delivering quality library service which furthers the information, education, recreation and cultural interests of the community, thus enriching the quality of life for all county residents." |
| To help carry out this mission, the Bay County Library System provides five branch libraries and a bookmobile and maintains membership in the Mideastern Michigan Library Cooperative and the Valley Library Consortium. We are located in Bay County, Michigan, on Saginaw Bay. |
