SONAS Traditional Celtic Holiday Folk Music

Band members Dee Dee Tibbits, Kelly Sible and Tom Krause hail from Caro and Midland. Sonas performs a blend of music from around the world played on many traditional instruments including the hammered dulcimer, fiddle, mandolin, Irish whistle, bouzouki, concertina, guitar, and hurdy-gurdy. Audiences in the past have given "Sonas" many a standing ovation as thanks for the music, which brings such "happiness and contentment" - the meaning of the word "Sonas."

How to Attend

Join us in the Kantzler Community Room at the Alice & Jack Wirt Library to watch the group perform live.
