Visit the Bay County Library System Children's Facebook page each Thursday in October for a weekly costume-making challenge, then show off your creation on Zoom and Facebook!
Registration is required to receive the Zoom link. We request an adult supervise all children participating in case they require assistance with the technology.
Zoom info will be emailed to registrants in advance of the program.
