Reserving this Room

The study room may be reserved up to 30 days in advance for up to 4 hours. Time may be extended as long as no one else requests the room. If someone requests the room after the 4 hours, the current user will have 5 minutes to vacate the room. Individuals/groups may use the study room up to 15 minutes before closing. If the individual/group is more than 15 minutes late for their reservation, use of the room may be forefeited. The room is locked when not in use. If unable to keep the room reservation, the individual/group must notify the library of the cancellation.
