Groups may book the room up to 3 months in advance. The person booking the room must be at least 18 years of age and must be present during use. The individual signing the form is also responsible for any damages to the room. Your group is responsible for its own set up and for returning the room to its original condition.

Please note: 15 Chromebooks are available for use in this room. If you would like to request the Chromebooks, please check the "Laptop" box below under Equipment Available, and let us know how many of the 15 you will need in the "Special Requirements" field.
