Toddler Storytime
Nurture a love of books with your toddler through music, movement, and stories while helping to develop language and social skills.
Best for ages 18 months to 3 years with a participating caregiver.
Toddler Storytime takes place in the Children's Program Room, located at the back of the Children's Room. The librarian will call children back at the program's start time by shaking a tambourine. Families can sit on the floor in front of the easel (chairs are available for those with accessibility needs). Toddler Storytime lasts about 25-30 minutes and consists of songs, rhymes, movement activities, and 1-2 short picture books. At the end of storytime, children get a sticker and can go out into the children's room to play with new friends!
Registration for all BCLS Fall storytimes begins on Friday, August 29, 2025. Fall storytimes will run for a seven-week session, through the week of November 10-14.
