Third Thursday Wellness- Cooking on a Budget

The Be Well Practical Health and Wellness Series is an ongoing monthly program that offers participants free access to professional education on common health concerns. Each series session will give attendees practical information and tools that will be useful in their everyday lives. With topics like cooking, grocery shopping on a budget, prediabetes, mental health, sleep quality, and more, there is something for everyone!

Join Nina Preston, Registered Dietitian, Morrison Healthcare, McLaren Bay Region for an informative program about making the most out of your grocery trips and meal planning on a budget! Participants will learn about general nutrition, how to shop on a budget without compromising nutrition, grocery store couponing, and see a live cooking demonstration.
